Cheri Thomas

Cheri Thomas is responsible for the firm’s successful appellate practice.  Cheri has managed cases at all stages of litigation and has extensive appellate experience in criminal and civil matters.  Having worked as a law clerk for a federal trial court and a state appellate court, Cheri has unique insight which produces persuasive and substantive arguments that are crucial to success on appeal.  She will thoroughly examine how your case was handled – or mishandled – and will fight hard for vindication of your rights.
